FAQ's

Q1. How do I list a property?

You must first purchase a listing package in order to list a property on Vulture Auctions.

Q2. How do I upload a property?

Sign up for a Vulture Auction account. Verify your email, login into your Vulture Auction Account, access your dashboard, complete the profile, purchase one of our listing packages, then click add listing, then upload your property.

Q3. When do listings appear on the website?

Live Online properties, meaning they are only available to our Internet bidders, are posted on VultureAuction.com 25 to 30 days prior to the start of bidding. This allows time for property research, inspections and time to get financing in order.

Q4. Do I need to join Vulture Auction to bid?

Yes, you need to be a member of Vulture Auctions and purchase the credit package to make a bid.

Q5. What’s involved in registering?

Click on MY ACCOUNT. Then fill out your contact information under Sign Up to Vulture Auction. Then click on Create Account. You will receive an email to confirm your account. Once you confirm your account, you are ready to start bidding and selling. Good Luck!
